The final of the Ukrainian culture competition “Our Land”

For 6 months, a festival competition of Ukrainian culture in Ireland called “Our Land” is held in three stages on the initiative of Ukrainian showman, poet, and composer Oleksandr Sarimsakov and his newly formed team. With the support of the Association of Ukrainians of the Republic of Ireland (AURI), the first round, which took place online, was attended by almost 100 participants in various areas of art.

After selection by the members of the jury, 32 participants made it to the semi-finals. The semi-final took place on August 10 in the city of Cork. 23 best performers were selected to participate in the finals in five categories: children’s vocals, adult vocals, choreography, instruments, and masters of decorative applied art.

It was decided to hold the final of the festival in the city of Mulingar on October 14 at 2:00 p.m. The event will be dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, the Feast of the Intercession of the Mother of God, the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks and the Day of the UPA. More than 20 best representatives of Ukrainian culture will demonstrate their skills on the stage of the art center in Mulingar. We invite everyone!

The highlight of the event will be a raffle of laptops!
