Purpose:  To gather together as a Ukrainian community, who are experiencing such challenging times and to find ways to build inner strength. The aim is to learn how to create our own inner space of calm and clarity even though we are surrounded by turbulance and change. We will learn some basic neuroscience and CBT techniques about how to refocus.

Audience: Everyone welcome. This is particularly for individuals from the Ukrainian community who have recently arrived in Ireland fleeing the war in Ukraine.

Facilitator: Natalia Kyrylin is from Lviv, Ukraine and has lived in Ireland for 7 years. She is a philosophy and psychology graduate who is an experienced life coach with particular expertise in working on coping with emotions and creating new life strategies in hard times.

Format:  A very engaging workshop with participants learning both theory and practical exercises on how to cope with stress. People will learn though presentation to the group and practical indvidual activities. This approach opens up really interesting insights, reflections and provides tools to use going forwards.

When do I need to arrive at venue?

Doors open at 10.30 and event starts at 11.00 sharp.

What language is used?

The workshop will delivered in the Ukrainian language.

Huckletree is a co-working space in The Academy building, 42 Pearse Street next to Cloud Picker coffee shop and very centrally located near the back entrance to Trinity College Dublin.
