On July 6th, the Unity Evening became a true manifestation of unity, support, and gratitude. The event was organized by the Association of Ukrainians in the Republic of Ireland (AURI).
From the stage, powerful words were spoken — by artists, diplomats, volunteers, and friends of Ukraine in Ireland. Symbolically, the event was held at Our Lady of Consolation Church — a place of spiritual refuge and support for Ukrainians.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who made this evening possible:
Ambassador of Ukraine Larysa Gerasko — for the strength of diplomacy and the truth in her voice
Senator Aubrey McCarthy — for his consistent and unwavering support
Father Vasyl — for his spiritual presence, openness, and inspiring support
All volunteers, performers, hosts, and participants — for your talent, commitment, and belief
Our delicious partners: Happy Family Bakery and The Art of Coffee
Andrii Humennyi — for the beautiful photos
This evening reminded us: Unity is not just a word. It is action. It is all of us.
AURI turns 17!
On July 6th, we marked the registration day of the Association of Ukrainians in the Republic of Ireland — an organization that has become both a voice and a home for many in the Ukrainian community here.
In a warm atmosphere, we raised over €1300 in support of Ukraine. But most importantly, we created a space where truth was spoken, music was heard, and hearts beat as one.
